The Nags Head Causeway Bridge is better known as the “Daniels or Little Bridge”.

This bridge has  a catwalk only on the south side of the bridge. North side including the rock rip rap along the causeway was closed during the summer of 2020 due to pedestrian safety.

It also has plenty of parking, bath house, cleaning table and covered picnic area. This fishing area is great for families and physically challenges persons. Handicap ramps and easy access is available on both north and south sides of the bridge.

Many types of fish, crabs and shrimp can be caught from this bridge. Best times to fish are early in the morning and evenings.
